• What are your business hours?

Our website is always open to process orders regardless of time. However, if you are looking to purchase tickets over the phone, you can contact us at (866) 459-9233 from 7 AM to 1 AM EST every day. If you call and leave a message after hours we will get back to you as soon as possible during the next business day.

• Why do they ask for the website when I call?

TicketVendor.com is obsessed with cutting costs to save you money. By having our customer service several of our websites, we save you green. 

• What is the best way to get into contact with TicketVendor.com?

• Why are some events listed twice on your main page?

Due to the high demand of these events, they are listed multiple times. We use an algorithm that carefully places certain events multiple times to ensure adequate exposure.    

• Do you own your inventory?

No. We act as a secure market place for buyers and sellers. The prices are set by the sellers and TicketVendor.com charges a 15% service fee.

• Why do you collect a 15% commission fee?

Please remember this is a business and the rate is low considering the cost of bringing qualified sellers and honorable ticket brokers together on a secure platform. The 15% surcharge reflects our various expenses for keeping this service available and effectively promoting it.  

• I live in New Jersey, why can't I pick up the tickets directly at your headquarters?

As stated before, TicketVendor.com does not own the inventory, but merely acts as a secure marketplace for ticket buyers and sellers. With that being said, TicketVendor.com does not physically have the tickets at our headquarters.

• Are the seats next to each other?

Yes, unless noted otherwise.

• Can I buy tickets the same day?

Yes, you can. There will be special short term pick up options. Please note that a shipping price may still occur as a result of the seller transporting the tickets to the appropriate place.

• What is your return & refund policy?

All ticket purchases through our site are final, and refunds are not available except in cases where an event is permanently cancelled, including for example a sports event that becomes unneeded in a playoff situation. • What happens if I lose my tickets?

Tickets to events are not replaceable in any event. Please use a great deal of care to ensure your tickets do not become damaged, destroyed, lost or stolen. For more information please refer to our polices http://www.ticketvendor.com/policies.php

• Can I sell my tickets on Ticketvendor.com?

You certainly can. TicketVendor.com only charges a 10% commission to do so. Please click here to take the next step to selling your tickets.

• What is the face value of my tickets?

We do not know. We only know the price of the ticket broker is asking. Prices may be higher or lower than the face value depending on demand.

• Where does the price come from?

The ticket broker decides the price he will attempt to sell it for. It is typically the equilibrium quantity demanded and quantity supplied.

• Do you physically plant the trees yourself? 

No, we do not have anyone on our staff going outside and planting trees. We leave it to the American Forests charity to do this, as they can do it with the uttermost care and help ensure the tree grows much better than we are capable of. If you are interested in planting trees however, we encourage you to read this provided by American Forests to give your tree the best chance of living. So every time you order through us, we send them the necessary finances to plant a tree.

• Where are your trees planted?

It depends on the current situations and where the tree has the best chance for survival. An example of a situation which may affect where a tree is planted is after a forest fire.  The green experts we outsource our tree planting to may plant a tree in that area to replenish the lost trees.
